Capacity Commercial Group comes together once a year to celebrate and recognize it’s achievements and the brokers that make it possible. The special night is shared between the Capacity Commercial Group family and their spouses over libations and generous amounts of food. This year’s award dinner was hosted at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in Downtown Portland just across the street from the company’s offices.

The members of Capacity Commercial Group always look forward to sharing this time together and cherish the opportunity to get to know everyone on a personal level. Aside from the attendees who were able to partake in the delicious meal, the big winners of the evening happened to be members of the same industrial team, Mark Childs, SIOR and Steve Hunker. Mark won the prestigious “Broker of the Year” award as the company’s top producer for 2016. His partner, Steve Hunker, also received honors by earning the designation of Vice President.

Although one of our industrial teams took home the honors for 2016, all of our expert staff were able to produce at high levels. Our office team had a tremendous year and proved yet again why they are the best in the business while Mike Nye showed his expertise by producing some of the highest numbers the company has ever seen. We are very proud to be the home of so many top producing brokers and we can’t wait to see what 2017 brings!
