On May 9th, 2004 Capacity commercial Group was born to the Portland Commercial Real Estate world and we haven’t looked back since!

We are so proud to be celebrating our 14th year of brokerage services because we know we wouldn’t be here without YOU. Through the years we have strived to meet the needs of our customers with expertise and amazing customer service – we believe we have done just that. Our company has grown a lot but still remains a boutique firm and we like to keep it that way.
