After returning to the Portland area in 2016, Stuart joined Real Estate Investment Group, and in early 2020 was part of the brokerage staff that integrated with Capacity Commercial Group in a merger. With a formal education and background in Graphic Design, Stuart has applied these skills to a Marketing focus in the areas of both Residential and Commercial real estate, having also provided design and marketing support at a high-profile brokerage in the San Francisco Bay Area before coming to Portland. At Capacity Commercial Group, Stuart is passionate about spanning the overlap between the disciplines of Design and Marketing as well as retaining the agility and skillset to bounce between the distinct specializations of the two fields. Highly adaptable to the demands of visual problem solving, Stuart prides himself on being able to jump into any type of design project, real estate-focused or otherwise. An acquired knowledge of the basics of Commercial Real Estate deal-making and property positioning within the greater market enables him to tailor his services to the needs of the brokerage for the maximum effectiveness of its marketing materials and visual communications.

Outside of real estate, Stuart has provided a variety of design services to multiple types of clients, including visual branding for both established companies and startups, editorial and magazine publications, photo shooting and retouching, print production, product packaging and presentation, bespoke promotional and marketing materials, B2B communication, and brand identity support.
