Fourth Plain Business Park: Summary Overview

In the Portland Metro and SW Washington Areas, industrial and retail space is difficult to find, especially for small bay tenants. As a result, Pacific NW Properties is developing a total of 40,000 square feet of space on 2.5 acres, with a mix between light industrial and retail use, a broad range of space sizes, and a simple concept that will allow tenants to move in as-is with little to no updates required.

A family-owned company, Pacific NW Properties takes pride in building long-term relationships with its tenants, and seeks to fill up the space with high quality tenants.

Light Industrial and Retail Lease Spaces Available
