Art Joined Capacity Commercial Group in 2016, specializing in multi-family/investment middle markets across Oregon and Washington. Prior to CCG Art was a staff accountant at Moss Adams in Seattle, WA.

Born and raised in Portland, Art has a unique insight to the region and is able to leverage that knowledge to better assist clients. With a strong financial background and hard work ethic, Art’s passion is to ensure that his clients get the best possible value whether that includes selling, buying, or exchanging. Art is a proud member of the Commercial Association of Brokers and Multifamily Northwest.

Art graduated from Eastern Washington University on an athletic scholarship with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. During his time at EWU he was a four-year collegiate men’s tennis athlete. After college, Art went on to compete professionally throughout Central and South America.

When not hard at work, Art enjoys being outdoors, fishing, golfing, and spending time with friends, family, and his young daughter, Toula.
