Charlie Kleier has more than 30 years of experience in investment and commercial real estate. Charlie was a partner in NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson prior to the subsequent sale to Colliers International. He has worked out of the Vancouver, SW Washington office since 1989, after starting his career as a commercial real estate appraiser. Charlie joined Capacity Commercial Group in 2020, focusing on investment and multifamily transactions. He is recognized as selling more real estate in this market than any other commercial broker to date.

Charlie is a strong community leader and advocate for youth development in Southwest Washington. He serves on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Southwest Washington and has for over ten years. He also serves on the Vancouver Public School District Management Task Force. Additionally, he is an advance level soccer coach junior academy trainer for the Washington Timbers Football Club (WTFC) and served as the project manager for the Harmony Sports Complex Improvement Project.
