Bio

Chris joined CCG Property Management in June 2020. Chris works closely with our office and industrial management teams on a suburban portfolio of approximately 1.4 million square feet. He is responsible for scheduling preventative maintenance, responding to service requests, coordinating capital improvement and tenant improvement projects, and keeping the buildings in excellent condition.

As a native Hawaiian, Chris began his career as a lead engineer overseeing preventative maintenance, special projects, and capital projects in Honolulu, Hawaii. He has worked on a variety of assets including office, industrial, mixed-use, residential, and hotels in Hawaii and Oregon. He has experience in all facets of maintenance and construction including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. He is proficient in a variety of energy management systems including Tracer, Metasys, Alerton Envision, and Siemens. Chris has been responsible for implementing safety protocols and for advancement training for the team. Prior to joining CCG Property Management, Chris owned a residential general contracting business.

In his free time, Chris enjoys the outdoors, including fishing, crabbing, hunting, gathering, camping, clamming, and spearfishing just to name a few. Chris has been coaching youth soccer for the past 12 years and looks forward to coaching again when the pandemic is behind us. Chris also loves spending quality time with his family.
