Originally from Toronto and equipped with a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Chris joined Capacity Commercial Group in July, 2021. Having acted both as a commercial broker specializing in urban retail and as principal, he has perspective on all angles of the industry. At CCG he primarily facilitates office leasing transactions and investment sales, participating at every stage including marketing, underwriting, lease negotiation and managing deals in escrow through closing.
