Dave has been working in industrial real estate brokerage for over 34 years, having been with Cushman & Wakefield and Trammell Crow Company, prior to becoming a Principal at Capacity Commercial Group. Dave has spent a great deal of his commercial real estate career helping clients buy, sell, lease, and develop warehouse and office space locally, as well as assisting national customers who have multi-state requirements.
