Dex studied Business and Applied Economics at the University of Oregon where he graduated with honors. After college, Dex supported principal brokers at a highly competitive Los Angeles office, then worked in city management before returning to Oregon.

Dex joined Capacity Commercial Group in 2022 bringing expertise from both industries. His attention to detail from navigating grant writing gives him an exceptional understanding of financial documenting which he applies to real estate transactions. He is currently licensed in Oregon and California. Outside of the office, you can find Dex walking his corgi or traveling with his wife.
