After graduating from Oregon State University with a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Sciences, Emmy Johnston’s entire career has been in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Capacity Commercial Group, Emmy worked at NAI Elliott where she co-managed a portfolio of nearly one million square feet, which was comprised of office, industrial, and retail spaces throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington.

With a strong desire to expand her career in the commercial real estate industry, Emmy first joined Capacity Commercial Group as an Executive Assistant for a team of six brokers, with a focus on industrial leasing and sales. It was during this time she became a licensed broker, all while strengthening her already well-established foundation of real estate knowledge. She now works alongside Michelle Rozakis, Tamara Fuller, and Eric Anderson with a focus on landlord and tenant representation in retail leasing. With her keen attention to detail and strong background in the industry, Emmy is enthusiastically committed to providing high-quality service to her clients.

Outside of the office, she enjoys golfing, surfing, working on motorcycles, and spending time outdoors with friends and family.
