As a member of the Office Brokerage Team, Eric focuses on representing both landlords and tenants, primarily within the office market of Vancouver / Clark County. He works closely with senior advisor Tamara Fuller, CCIIM, who has more than 18 years of experience, to stay ahead of market trends, develop new business, and service existing client relationships. Eric’s main goal is to provide in-depth, strategic consulting for his clients to generate economically valuable solutions to their real estate needs.

Eric previously worked as a Business Advisor Volunteer with the Peace Corps and acted as an on-site grant writer, project manager, and fundraising consultant. Here, he co-wrote and received funding for the non-profit’s largest grant in the amount of $1.1 million over five years. He also serves on the Economic Development Committee for the Vancouver Downtown Association.
