George specializes in investments, land sales, and retail leasing. Over the past 40 years George has completed nearly 2 billion in transactions. Dealings include office and retail as well as larger single and multi-family developments, providing thousands of homes to the Portland Metropolitan area. He approaches real estate with imagination and creativity. Samples of apartment sales include the 352 unit Cyan Apartments, the 264 unit Orenco Garden and 165 unit Atwell on Main. Land sales include multiple Portland urban blocks, 16 acres for South Waterfront and 100+acre reclamation of Progress Ridge, Beaverton, yielding 750 homes and 400,000 sf of retail. Land-assemblage includes Canby and Wilsonville Fred Meyer, Vancouver Target, Murray Hill Center, Progress Quarry, Wal Mart and Albertsons in Sherwood among numerous others. George is also a partner in the new Vancouver Waterfront. He loves working with his children Nicholas and Michelle and spending time with his 7 grandchildren.
