Kate started her career in management and human resource, in spring of 2018 she joined Capacity. At first, she was part of the office team and in early 2020 switched over to the industrial team. Kate has a team of seven brokers, two are principals. Her main role is ensuring that her team has everything they need to be successful in investments, leases, and sales transactions.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs, exploring the outdoors and different eateries!
