“I’m blessed to be able to help people solve their real estate problems so they can continue growing their businesses.”
– Mark Childs
“I’m writing you this letter in appreciation of the outstanding service that Mark Childs provided me during my purchase of 33 acres of industrial land. I am delighted that Mark had the perseverance to see the transaction through.
There were eight underground storage tanks and four buildings containing asbestos. Mark worked continuously in the clean-up of these problems. Further, through Mark’s recommendations and assistance, I purchased the property on a modified 1031 reverse improvement exchange.”
