Senior Vice President


Mike Nugent has more than thirty years of commercial real estate experience developing, managing, buying and selling office, industrial, shopping center and apartment properties. He focuses on investment transactions in all major product types, as well as development and construction management.  

Mike joined CCG in 2015 after three years of commercial brokerage with another firm. Prior to that, he has developed industrial and apartment projects for his own account and directed the development of two million square feet of office and industrial projects in Austin, Chicago and Dallas for PacTrust. He began his real estate career at Portland Fixture Co., a neighborhood shopping center development and management firm, where he rose to President & CEO and directed a significant corporate restructuring and turnaround.
