Before joining Capacity Commercial Group, Michelle was instrumental in growing the retail leasing facet of REIG. Michelle specializes in both Landlord and Tenant Representation, focusing on new construction projects. With a Master’s Degree in Conflict Resolution, her skills in mediation and communication play a vital role in developing and building strong fundamental relationships and structuring successful transactions between tenants and landlords. Her genuine love for creating these partnerships and “place-making” motivates her to work on each project to make it the best that it can be. Having been involved in a large number of mixed-use and new construction projects, Michelle prides herself on her creativity, adaptability and strong communication skills.
