Before joining Capacity Commercial Group, Nicole began her career in brokerage at Real Estate Investment Group in 2014. She specializes in retail and commercial leasing as well as tenant and landlord representation. Nicole previously had a successful career as an Interior Architect at ZGF working on local, national and international projects. She is LEED AP ID+C Certified.

Her diverse skills and unique background experience in design and space planning ensures her clients are afforded an intelligently and thoughtfully advised commercial real estate transaction, which has made her a valuable resource to both her tenants and landlords. As a Portland native and University of Oregon Alumna, Nicole’s passion for her hometown is deeply rooted.
