Rhonda was instrumental in forming CCG Property Management. She is responsible for overseeing the accounting team and all aspects of financial management and reporting including timely and accurate monthly reporting, cash management, bank administration, and internal controls.  By considering everyone she interacts with a client, Rhonda consistently exceeds expectations and provides excellent customer service.

She brings over 25 years of accounting experience with her – most of that within the real estate industry and has been focused on property management for over 12 years.  She understands what owners and property managers are looking for — she gets it. Rhonda’s prior responsibilities include performing HUD audits, compilations, reviews, preparing tax returns, financial reporting for LIHC apartment projects, preparing budgets, accounting, and reporting for a mixed investment portfolio of over $38 billion.

Rhonda has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from DeVry University and is an inactive Oregon Certified Public Accountant.  She enjoys hiking, traveling, gardening, and spending time with her family.
