Santana joined CCG Property Management in January 2021 as the Building Engineer for Vancouver Center, a high-rise mixed-use property that includes retail, office, and residential in downtown Vancouver, Washington. Santana works closely with the Senior Project Manager and Project Manager on the day-to-day operations of the property, focusing on preventative maintenance, responding to service requests, coordinating capital improvement and tenant improvement projects, and keeping the building in excellent condition.

Santana began his Building Engineer career in 2011 and has had the opportunity to work on both downtown high-rise and suburban office buildings. He has experience in all facets of maintenance including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. He worked with the management team during the COVID pandemic to implement safety measures, increase sanitation standards, and retain compliance with governmental regulations.

Santana has earned several certifications throughout his career including Electrical Safety, Fall Protection, Arc Flash, Workplace Fire & Emergencies, CPR, and First Aid.

In his free time, Santana enjoys coaching middle school football, fishing, traveling, and spending time with his three teenage boys.
