“Close knit community of highly competitive Brokers focused on not only their personal success but on the success of others. Very collaborative.”

“Scott and his team were great to work with. As a long distance seller I had many requests for assistance with the property during the listing agreement. He was very agreeable to help whenever needed and was able to recommend different contractors when repairs were required. I also feel that Capacity Commercial had very good knowledge of the overall market and local buyers. I would recommend them to anyone considering selling or purchasing commercial property in the Portland area.”
