Gheorghe joined CCG Property Management in January 2020 as the Building Engineer for the Cascade and Exchange Buildings in downtown Portland. Gheorghe works with the Senior Project Manager and Project Manager on the day-to-day operations of the properties focusing on preventative maintenance, responding to service requests, coordinating capital improvement and tenant improvement projects, and keeping the building in excellent condition.

Gheorghe has spent his career overseeing building operations in the Portland and Vancouver markets. He has worked on office, medical office, historic office, retail, industrial, and flex projects. He has focused on high-rise office in the central business district for the past 30 years. He worked with the management team during the COVID pandemic to implement safety measures, increase sanitation standards, and retain compliance with governmental regulations.

Gheorghe grew up in Romania where he played semi-pro soccer before moving to the United States. In his free time, Gheorghe plays soccer for the Greater Portland League and he likes to bike, run, and tend to his vegetable garden.
