Nick Kassab is a Senior Vice President at Capacity Commercial Group with more than a decade and a half of experience in the commercial real estate industry. After getting his BS in Economics from the University of Oregon, Mr. Kassab went on to get his MBA in Real Estate and his MS in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. Prior to joining Capacity Commercial Group in 2021, Mr. Kassab was a Senior Director at JLL. In this role, he headed the company’s retail institutional investment sales platform in the greater Pacific Northwest region.

Mr. Kassab has closed over $1.5 billion in sales and leasing volume throughout his career.

His prior notable achievements include the Commercial Association of Brokers “Investment Broker of the Year” Award for the State of Oregon and southwest Washington. Mr. Kassab is a member of the Commercial Association of Brokers, the Portland Business Alliance, NAIOP Commercial Development Association, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
